Job Title: Senior Research Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, execution and coordination of assigned research programmes and projects. This will include coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion, monitoring progress and facilitating regular review meetings.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring accurate management of approved funding and expenditure. This includes corresponding with funders, handling purchases and tracking budget utilisation. Additionally, support will be provided in grant processing and claims, as well as facilitating grant verification and variation submissions.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in research administration, including experience with Institutional Review Board applications and research agreements. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:

">

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Science discipline.

">

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in clinical/primary care research.

">

- Knowledgeable in Good Clinical Practice, research ethics, clinical trials and regulatory affairs.

">

- Resourceful and possesses strong administrative and project management skills.

">

- Proficient in Microsoft applications.

">

- Knowledge in Oracle Business Intelligence will be an advantage.

">

Key Criteria:

  1. ">
  2. Relevant work experience within research space">
  3. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to manage the planning, executing and ground coordination of assigned research programme(s) and projects">
  4. Manage approved funding and expenditure, including corresponding with funder, handling purchases and tracking of budget utilisation">
  5. Provide support in grant processing/claims, facilitate grant verification and variation submissions">
  6. Monitor progress of the projects and coordinate regular review meeting with the project team and relevant stakeholders">
  7. Assist in preparation of relevant reports/presentations/materials">
  8. Assist Investigators with required research administration (e.g. Institutional Review Board application, draft and review research agreements)">
  9. Assist with research subject recruitment, including consent taking and handling queries by research subjects">
  10. Ensure proper maintenance of study record according to research compliance, protocols and regulations">
  11. Manage research data and assist with data extraction and data cleaning">
  12. Support organisational projects and events">
