We're seeking an Experienced Escalations Specialist to join our global operations team. This role involves monitoring and responding to critical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Job Description

The Escalations Specialist will be responsible for receiving and resolving high-priority cases, working closely with internal stakeholders, and escalating complex issues to senior leadership. You'll utilize your analytical skills to identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.

This role requires a strong understanding of content policies, product features, and safety functions. You'll also need to be proficient in relevant tools and have excellent communication skills to articulate decisions and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4+ years of relevant experience, including familiarity with content policy enforcement and/or crisis management.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (including Sheets).
  • Experience working within a globally distributed team and in a tech or social media company is highly desirable.
