Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performing Artiste Manager to join our team at P GROUP LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our artistes, ensuring that they deliver exceptional shows and meet the high standards of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement performance plans to ensure that artistes meet their goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct regular rehearsals and auditions to select the best talent for our shows.
  3. Work closely with producers to schedule artiste performances and make adjustments as needed.
  4. Monitor and evaluate artiste performance levels, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills.
  5. Ensure that artistes adhere to company rules and regulations, enforcing discipline and maintaining a positive work environment.
  6. Represent the artistes at management meetings and negotiate contracts and fees.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with artistes, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful collaborations.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our shows and artiste performances.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and shows.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with artistes, producers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
