This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of technical services to clients.

The successful candidate will lead a team of maintenance technicians and be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients.

  • Technical Oversight & Issue Resolution

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues, including equipment defects, breakdowns, and performance anomalies.
  • Oversight and management of replacement and conversion works to ensure equipment is upgraded or restored to optimal condition.
  • Collaboration with THD and product support teams to address recurring technical challenges and implement long-term solutions.
  • Service Delivery & Performance Monitoring

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery across all maintenance activities.
  • Monitoring equipment performance metrics and proactively addressing potential issues before they escalate.
  • Implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns and entrapments.
  • Client Relationship Management

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary technical point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of concerns.
  • Conducting regular audits and service reviews with the client to maintain transparency and trust.
  • Providing technical consultation and recommendations to improve equipment performance and lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership & Development

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians to enhance their technical skills and service mindset.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, identifying training needs, and facilitating continuous learning opportunities.
  • Fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence within the team.
  • Reporting & Documentation

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting detailed breakdown and entrapment reports as required by the client, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of service activities, technical interventions, and equipment history.
  • Analyzing service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
