This includes delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and ensuring that all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
- Filling carts with supplies and transporting them to assigned areas.
- Entering guest rooms in a manner that respects guest privacy and security.
- Replacing guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
- Replacing dirty linens and terry with clean items.
- Making beds and folding terry.
- Cleaning bathrooms.
- Removing trash, dirty linen, and room service items.
- Checking that all appliances are present in the room and in working order.
- Straightening desk items, furniture, and appliances.
- Dusting, polishing, and removing marks from walls and furnishings.
- Vacuuming carpets in guest rooms and hallways.
Physical Requirements:
The Guest Environment Expert will be on their feet and moving around for extended periods, as well as performing tasks that require manual labor. This role requires individuals who can lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
