Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our regional security team. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Security, this senior role requires strategic leadership and expertise in risk assessment, security planning, and emergency response.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate security risks through proactive measures and incident management plans.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard assets, employees, and business operations.
  • Collaborate with Disney's Global Security teams, APAC business units, and external partners to ensure effective security solutions.
  • Monitor threat levels and provide expert advice on security adjustments as needed.
  • Manage security protocols for all facilities and events across the region.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in physical and information security, event risk management, and crisis management.
  • Strong analytical skills in risk assessment and security planning, with proven success in implementing effective control measures.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a matrixed organization, managing multiple stakeholders and projects efficiently.
  • Familiarity with feature film and TV production workflows and security requirements is an asset.
