Gym Operations Manager

Our dynamic fitness facility is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its operations. As Gym Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our team and ensure that every member has an exceptional experience.

Job Description:
  • Manage daily gym operations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for members and staff.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement and enforce gym policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate class schedules, personal training sessions, and group fitness programs.
  • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of personal trainers, front desk staff, and maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing staff development and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in gym management or a related role.
  • Proven background in marketing, with expertise in social media and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Personal training certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
