Coffee Connoisseur Leader

As a Lead Barista, you will oversee the daily operations of a cafe, ensuring exceptional beverage preparation and customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, training staff, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of beverage preparation and presentation.
- Experiment with new beverages to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Train and mentor barista team members on coffee techniques, equipment maintenance, and customer service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff knowledge and skills are up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring they are always well-stocked.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of coffee equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote coffee specials, events, and new products.
- Proven experience as a Senior or Head Barista, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
