Job Description

The Maintenance and Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.

You will be responsible for managing contracts with external service providers, developing and implementing standard operating procedures, and providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Manage contracts with external service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and other services.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for facility maintenance and operation.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on facilities management activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to facilities management.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Estate/Building/Facilities Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in building and facilities management, preferably in an educational institution environment.
  • Successful completion of FSM, Bizsafe, and OSHA certification programs.
  • Familiarity with BCA/SCDF/WSF/OSHA/NEA/PUB regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and contract documentation.
