Senior Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operation for the UPS Department, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the company, driving innovation and expansion.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of substitute components and proficiency in component specifications.
  • Perform and conduct training for preventive maintenance, machine installation, testing, configuration, calibration of units, commissioning, and troubleshooting for UPS, including repair and replacement of hardware mainboards.
  • Install and repair APC and other UPS brands at the component level.
  • Create and develop work processes for all services rendered to clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries from clients regarding UPS.
  • Deliver training programs to staff to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise both in-house and on-field technical staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and schedule the day-to-day technical operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate performance and ensure the productivity of all technical staff.
