Job Overview

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the development of technology solutions that meet business needs. This position involves working closely with senior team members on projects, identifying and clarifying complex issues, and documenting them. The Business Analyst assesses the viability and effectiveness of technical systems and business processes in meeting these needs, facilitating communication between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide ongoing application support and be involved in various stages of the software development life cycle.

2. Conduct user requirement analysis for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.

3. Participate in system integration testing prior to implementation.

4. Plan and coordinate end-user training for system implementations or enhancements.

5. Build strong relationships with business users and vendors.

6. Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking, and documentation.

7. Provide primary application maintenance support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience in assessing requirements feasibility, functional and technical design, and project life cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with teams from various departments and vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of Windows Servers and MS SQL.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
