Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data governance efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a robust framework that ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data assets.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures based on business requirements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data governance initiatives and ensure data integrity and compliance;
  • Provide ongoing leadership, coaching, mentoring, and other development opportunities for team members;
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a relevant discipline;
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the domain, specifically in leading engagements with senior stakeholders on data governance, designing and establishing data governance frameworks, and cultivating a data-driven culture;
Skills
  • Expert skills in Agile/Program Management, Metadata Management, Reference Data Management, Data Quality, Stakeholder Management, Communications & Training;
  • Intermediate skills in DataIKU, Master Data Management, Data Security, Data Sovereignty, Risk Management;
