Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Translator & Interpreter to support our fast-paced, bilingual business environment.

This role involves real-time translation and transcription during meetings, minute taking, translating and reviewing legal, corporate, and operational documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin, as well as prior experience in contract/legal document translation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate interpretation between English and Mandarin during internal and external meetings.
  • Accurately transcribe meeting discussions and take clear, structured minutes in both English and Mandarin.
  • Translate business documents including contracts, agreements, legal documentation, and internal communications.
  • Ensure that all translations are contextually accurate and culturally sensitive.
  • Review and proofread translated materials for grammar, tone, and accuracy.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure clarity in all bilingual communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Support ad hoc translation and interpretation tasks as required.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or legal environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret with cultural sensitivity.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for business when required.
