Senior Research Associate

As a research support specialist at a leading academic institution, you will be part of a dynamic team working in a cutting-edge facility. Our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced professionals provide an ideal environment for advancing clinical research programs.
The role involves routine production of radiopharmaceuticals in a controlled environment, adhering to strict guidelines. You will assist in method development and validation of new radiopharmaceuticals, including preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiolabelling of peptides, antibodies, or small molecules using various radionuclides.
- Prepare and review batch records, lab notebooks, SOPs, and other quality control documents.
- Assist with maintenance/calibration of radiochemistry synthesis and dispensing modules.
- Support investigations into deviations and changes to existing procedures.
- Participate in clean room activities, including cleaning of rooms, stock inventory, and environmental monitoring.
- Ensure safe handling of radioactive materials and proper disposal of hazardous waste.
- Work flexible hours, shifts, or weekends based on production schedules and isotope half-lives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the department head in accordance with regulations.
