Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team at Seletar Aerospace. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end closing tasks, including posting payroll and expense claims, and running revaluation.
  • Analyze and reconcile journal entries and balances to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare sales reports, management reports, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Submit monthly reports to the Head of Finance and collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information.
  • Ensure accounting adherence to local and group accounting standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, external auditors, and corporate secretaries to maintain compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Accountancy or ACCA with relevant experience in financial accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a full set of accounting functions, preferably with a focus on financial reporting and taxation.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Google Workspace applications is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to accept changes.
