Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the full set of accounts, including billing, receivables, and payables processes
  • Screen daily accounting and finance duties, including general ledger and bank reconciliation
  • Verify Accounts Payable functions, such as Giro payment and Bank transfers
  • Handle staff claims reimbursement and raise monthly AR Aging Report for review
  • Liaise with administrative duties related to accounting, including grant management, documentation, filing, updating records, and generating internal reports
  • Coordinate with bankers, suppliers, company secretary, tax agents, and other third parties as required
Requirements:
  • Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident holders will be considered
  • Minimum 1 year experience with MYOB accounting system
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or qualifications in similar fields
  • Chartered Accountant/CPA qualification would be an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Must be meticulous and analytical
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice is preferred
