Job Overview
Epic Healthcare Systems PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the implementation of its integrated suite of healthcare software in Singapore.

Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work closely with our customers and internal project management team to coordinate the implementation and configuration of the Epic software at customer locations.
This may include guiding customer counterparts through their build, system testing, end-user training, end-user adoption, and other implementation-related activities.
The ideal candidate will monitor project timelines and key milestones within their areas of ownership.

Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher in any major and 2+ years of experience in Epic software implementation as an Application Project Manager, Application Manager, or Application Coordinator, including experience through at least one software go-live.
Candidates must also pass Epic's standard pre-hire assessment test for the role and hold appropriate Epic software application certification.

Other Essential Skills
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated interpersonal communication skills, strong project management competencies, including team coordination and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated judgment in handling escalations.
