Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Manager

Are you passionate about healthcare quality and safety?

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our quality initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality models, standards, audits, and risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement quality improvement projects, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide secretariat support to committees and maintain quality-related communications.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and stakeholders to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in healthcare quality and safety, project management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
