Job Title: Healthcare Quality Specialist

Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires a professional with strong quality assurance skills and experience in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 13485 and GDP. They will be responsible for implementing and promoting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Quality Assurance:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Compliance Management:

Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Training and Development:

Design and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees on quality-related topics.

Quality Metrics:

Collect and analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 13485 and GDP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
