Job Overview

This is a senior leadership position overseeing the online sales division for ASEAN, HK, TW, Korea, and ANZ regions. The successful candidate will lead a team of country leaders to drive business growth, achieve targeted unit share, revenue, gross margin, and pre-tax income.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise country leaders to drive the eCommerce business to meet targets
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in driving D2C businesses
  • Leadership experience in eCommerce with sales target ownership
  • People management skills including coaching, hiring, mentoring, and organization structuring
Preferred Qualifications
  • General Manager experience with P&L ownership
  • E-commerce demand generation experience including media planning, campaign planning, expense management, and agency management
