Job Overview:

Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, picking, and packing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in daily warehouse operations
  • Deliver spare parts to other locations (Van Driver)
  • Perform detailed checks and testing on spare parts
  • Configure repaired or new spare parts
  • Conduct periodic stock takes and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Monitor the movement of spare parts and update the system
  • Print and paste labels for spare parts
  • Handle reporting and documentation
  • Daily housekeeping of the storeroom
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Class 3 Driving License
  • Experience in warehouse operations or related field
  • Basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: Mon - Fri, rotating shifts (7am-4.30pm/1pm-10.30pm)
