Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated culinary professional to join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include preparing and executing dishes according to our recipes and quality standards, managing a designated section of the kitchen, supervising and guiding junior staff, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.

Additionally, you will assist in menu development, including testing new dishes and making improvements based on feedback from guests and colleagues. You will also work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality service.

Required skills and qualifications include proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a high-volume restaurant or bistro, strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine, passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
