Job Title: TCM Treatment Coordinator

Are you passionate about traditional Chinese medicine? Do you have a strong interest in healthcare and patient care? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a TCM Treatment Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with licensed TCM physicians to provide high-quality patient care and treatments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting TCM physicians in providing patient care and treatments.
  2. Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and equipment.
  3. Managing patient flow and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
  4. Administering basic TCM treatments under the supervision of a physician.
  5. Educating patients on prescribed treatments and herbal medicines.
  6. Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with administrative tasks.
  7. Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
  8. Participating in clinic events and community outreach programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Basic Mandarin (to educate patients on correct consumption of TCM Herbal Medication).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused.
