  • We seek a highly skilled and experienced TCM healthcare specialist who can work effectively with our team to provide high-quality patient care. This includes ensuring the correct types and quantities of herbal medicine are accurately prescribed and administered to customers.
  • As a key member of our healthcare team, this individual will be responsible for monitoring patients' treatment progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results. They must also maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to establish strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A team-oriented mindset is essential, as they will work collaboratively with others to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • This role requires a registered TCM physician in Singapore, with a valid registration maintained throughout their employment.
  • Candidates should possess good skills in TCM diagnosis and treatment, demonstrating familiarity with classical theories and traditional therapies. Strong knowledge of TCM classical theories and traditional therapies is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and service-oriented skills are required to establish good relationships with customers. The ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds is crucial.
  • Teamwork and effective collaboration with others are essential for success in this role. Demonstrating responsibility and professional ethics is vital for protecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • A strong desire to continuously update knowledge in line with industry developments is essential for staying ahead in this rapidly evolving field.
