Programmes Executive

We are seeking an experienced Programmes Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing various exposure programmes, including internships, work-study, and overseas opportunities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage various exposure programmes, including internships, work-study, and overseas opportunities.
  • Collaborate with different departments and faculty to coordinate credit-bearing internships.
  • Liaise with supervisors for internship allocation and ensure timely submission of evaluations.
  • Generate reports for internal management and external agencies.
  • Work closely with the global mobility office on exchange nominations and placements.
  • Review and process course mapping and credit transfers for exchange.
  • Handle course registration and appeals for inbound exchange.
  • Coordinate business specialization streaming, including capacity planning, allocations, and appeals.
  • Support administrative matters such as leave, candidature, re-admission, and withdrawals.
  • Take on ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum Dip/Deg in Business or other related courses.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior working experience in the education industry is an advantage.
