Key Responsibilities- Business Requirements & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage closely with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Translate business needs into measurable objectives, performance indicators, and analytical deliverables.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and consensus.
- Data Analysis & Business Insights:
- Perform in-depth analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, driving business impact.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc data and analysis requests, providing timely insights.
- Support hypothesis testing, business case evaluation, and strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Visualisation Planning & Storytelling:
- Develop user-centric dashboards that effectively convey business narratives, leveraging intuitive visualisations.
- Recommend enhancements based on evolving priorities and feedback from end users.
- Data Readiness & Validation:
- Collaborate with data platform teams to ensure dataset accuracy, completeness, and readiness.
- Validate feasibility of data requests by assessing available data sources and structures.
- Testing, Training & Enablement:
- Conduct thorough testing of analytical outputs and reports, ensuring alignment with requirements.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and run enablement sessions to empower business users in leveraging analytics tools effectively.
