Job Title: Sales Coordinator

This is a highly motivated role that involves working closely with the sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and have excellent organizational skills.

  • Support salespersons in projects such as industrial printing, publishing, premium gifts, events, and exhibitions.
  • Create job sheets, arrange color proofs and mock-ups, ensure timely and accurate follow-up to customers' requests, and liaise with customers on finished artwork and production schedules.
  • Actively monitor work in progress, coordinate internally with planning departments for press and finishing material requirements and logistics departments for distribution of finished goods.
  • Follow through assigned projects/job orders to execute and deliver according to customers' requirements.
  • Monitor quality on finished goods and services, collect feedback if necessary, and continually enhance customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality service.
  • Handle paperwork such as sample filing and purging of old jobs diligently.
  • This role may occasionally require meeting clients together with sales persons at clients' offices to discuss project requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Entry-level Diploma/Degree holders welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin required.
