Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of robust wealth management solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of techno-functional concepts and expertise in Triple'A Plus (TAP) implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide architectural guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform best practices.
  2. Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Triple'A Plus implementations, including analysis, design, build, and deployment of custom components.
  3. Oversee version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose integrated solutions that span across platforms.
  5. Participate in backlog refinement, sizing, and story readiness processes with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
  6. Contribute to strategic planning by identifying cross-project synergies and supporting project governance approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12–15 years of total experience in a techno-functional role with recent experience in Triple'A Implementation.
  • Strong functional knowledge of wealth management platforms and financial services workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as TAP Core, TCPM, Wealth Suite Channels, TSL, Odata, GUI, and Design Studio.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices, including automated builds and pipeline configuration.
