Job Title: Confectionery Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Confectionery Packaging Specialist.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders from our online store, preparing and packing orders as required, and maintaining the order and cleanliness of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Process orders from our online store, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Prepare and pack orders as required, ensuring high-quality packaging and efficient shipping processes.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain the order and cleanliness of our warehouse, ensuring a safe and organized working environment.
  • Inventory Control: Track and document all inventory movements to and from the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Forms and Documentation: Process day-to-day forms and documentation, including receiving and filing requisition forms, creating and printing delivery orders, etc.
  • Stock Control: Perform stock control by counting stocks/stock taking, identifying discrepancies and addressing them promptly.
  • Stock Replenishment: Order stock when stocks are low, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing delays.
  • Supplier Liaison: Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and order stock, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in processing orders, packaging, and shipping.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management).
