Lead Electrical Systems Manager

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to lead our team in managing complex electrical systems.
- Develop and implement detailed designs for the entire electrical system, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate resource planning, control materials, tools, and equipment ordered and delivered.
- Maintain cost control, project timelines, and manage manpower resources effectively.
- Liaise with Mechanical and Electrical PE for all submissions to authorities.
- Attend site progress meetings and report on technical issues.
- Monitor daily site progress and update programme reports.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in REVIT and AUTOCAD software applications, and have a strong go-getter mindset.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of engineering experience after tertiary education, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in commercial mixed development projects.
- A Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience working with LTA projects or similar government authorities is an advantage.

- Work closely with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve complex problems using logical reasoning and evaluation of options.
- Provide technical support activities including installations, testing, commissioning, repair, modifications, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems.
