Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Credit Risk Analyst to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our credit control department, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling credit risk for clients of CFD and Prime.
Your primary focus will be on recommending, reviewing and approving trading limits of clients and Trading Representatives, as well as conducting analysis and review on business proposals and exception requests for Management's approval.
Key Responsibilities- Recommend, review and approve trading limits of clients and Trading Representatives.
- Conduct analysis and review on business proposals and exception requests for Management's approval.
- Evaluate and authorize funds withdrawal requests and trade amendments.
- Monitor trading exposure of clients.
- Follow up with Trading Representatives on margin calls.
- Collection of deficits including liaising with external counsel on legal proceedings.
- Perform periodic review of instruments and annual review of accounts.
- Prepare management reports for routine reporting and monthly reports for Committee meetings.
- Assist in projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements, internal policies/framework and risk management guidelines.
- Escalate issues that are of major concern to the Head of Credit Control.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese proficiency to communicate with external clients/vendors.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize works.
- Pleasant personality and have good communication skills.
- Relevant 5 years' industry experience.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work with sensitive financial information.
- Good team player.
The estimated salary for this role is SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
