Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at StriveX. This role will focus on credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment within the derivatives and trading markets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Credit Analysis: Conduct in-depth credit assessments of counterparties, evaluating their financial health and operational stability.
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to evaluate creditworthiness.
  • Risk Assessment: Monitor credit exposures and ensure alignment with internal risk tolerance and regulatory requirements.
  • Trading Support: Collaborate with traders, risk managers, and compliance teams to support seamless credit operations in trading activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed credit reports, including recommendations for counterparty limits and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous.
  • Work Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in credit-related roles within banking or financial institutions, ideally supporting trading businesses.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, financial spreading, and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may include bonuses, medical insurance, and professional development opportunities.
