IT System Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT system engineer to join our team.


  • Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues related to hardware and software, including PC and notebook problems, network printer issues, MS Windows, Outlook, desktop setup and VPN setup/troubleshooting.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or information technology, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Duties will include troubleshooting, setting up hardware and software, performing tasks as assigned by superiors, and training users on IT equipment usage.
  • Additional responsibilities may include identifying new applications for implementation and supporting software applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualification:
  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Preferred skills include:
  • Supporting PC/notebook hardware and software, network printer, MS Windows, Outlook, desktop setup and VPN setup/troubleshooting.
