Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, commissioning, and maintaining industrial ovens, as well as performing electrical and mechanical works on customer premises.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and colleagues.

  • Assembly, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial ovens
  • Electrical and mechanical works on ovens and customer premises
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Coordination of spare parts orders with factory and inventory management
  • Preparation, cleaning, and packing of machines for delivery
  • Technical instruction and advice to customers or partners' technical staff
  • Liaising with subcontractors and transporters to coordinate works
  • Evaluation of site, risk management, and site surveys
  • Preparing and performing technical training in-house and/or at customer's site
  • Attending trade shows in the region

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NITEC or higher NITEC in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical experience also considered
  • Prior work experience in electrical field
  • Class 3 driving license required
