Job Title: Production Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced production planner to join our team. As a production planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of production and managing work orders across multiple departments.
  • Planning label materials and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Overseeing label inventory and managing consumables.
  • Supervising worker attendance, discipline, and leave management.
  • Acting as the primary contact for government inspections and providing required documentation.
  • Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management or related fields.
  • 2–3 years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in supervising production teams or coordinating multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
