Senior Partnership and Growth Specialist

This role involves identifying, cultivating, and maintaining strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, partnership management, or sales roles, preferably in the education sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partners and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the organization at events and conferences.
- Business Strategy Execution:
- Design and implement strategies for new programs, services, and revenue streams to increase student enrollment and financial growth.
- Track partnership performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Performance Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on partnership progress and insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales roles.
They should possess strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills is required to drive business growth and success.
