We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Coordinator to join our team at MEINHARDT (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital delivery and has experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing digital delivery processes in compliance with company and project standards. They will work closely with the Digital Delivery Manager to ensure that all discipline-level procedures are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Geometrical Information Production
    • Implement Concurrent Modeling and Coordination process in the respective discipline and be responsible for its implementation in the discipline level.
    • Explain, illustrate, and coordinate Task Team requirements with the Digital Delivery Manager to support collaborative working environments.
    • Apply geometrical information production processes by complying with corporate and project guidelines and in coordination with the Digital Delivery Manager.
    • Explain and guide Task Teams to create geometrical information from Design & Engineering markups provided in different forms such as notes or sketches and formats DWFx, PDF, CAD, Images.
    • Analyze and categorize challenges associated with Task Team geometrical information development.
    • Compute and schedule challenges based on project priorities and coordinate them with Task Team Managers and the Digital Delivery Manager.
    • Discover solutions to address challenges and illustrate viable practices towards these solutions.
  • Graphical Information Production
    • Coordinate and collaborate with teams to create and deliver discipline drawings based on submission packages and meet deadlines.
    • Guide teams and be hands-on in creating, extracting, and managing project drawings from information models in compliance with office/project standards under the supervision of the Digital Delivery Manager.
    • Guide discipline delivery members and be hands-on in preparing tender drawings under the supervision of the Digital Delivery Manager.
    • Evaluate critical areas of the discipline to ensure they are well presented, dimensioned, and described in drawings.
  • Federated Model
    • Assist the Digital Delivery Manager in developing a project-wide federated model with specific views, sections, and other required materials to enable project members from design and delivery teams to study projects.
    • Export discipline models in IFC/NWC file formats based on project stages and needs for federated model development.
  • Clash Analysis & Resolution
    • Identify, prioritize, and register discipline major clashes, discuss and coordinate subjects with internal/external teams to manage efforts based on construction plans, design changes, and rectify them within scheduled timelines.
    • Implement Work Breakdown Structure systems in disciplines with numerous clashes to make them manageable for teams.
    • Assist the Digital Delivery Manager and guide discipline modelers to implement frameworks and strategies regarding project modeling approaches to mitigate clash numbers before analysis.
    • Understand clash analysis strategies and goals to guide discipline modelers, manage, and mitigate workloads during project delivery times.
    Requirements:
    • Preferrably Degree in Engineering, Architect, or other related subjects to AEC industries.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in design and delivery with digital approaches.
    • Highly proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft software.
    • Familiar with digital delivery standards such as ISO, BSI, PAS, NCS, and local authorities.
    • Familiar with authority submissions and relevant rules and regulations of approval procedures.
    • Knowledgeable with backgrounds in discipline digital delivery services such as procedures, execution, implementation, responsibilities, accountabilities, coordination, scope of works, deliverables.
    • Services knowledge in the discipline level such as modeling, production, design authoring, design review, visualization, clash detection, clash resolution, 3D coordination, authority submission, quantity estimation.
    • Good verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
