Job Title: Healthcare Operations Specialist

Description:

The Healthcare Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and operational implementation of premium healthcare initiatives. This unique opportunity combines project management with healthcare operations, making it ideal for candidates with experience in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management (Pre-launch):
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special healthcare-related projects from concept to completion
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including medical, facilities, procurement, and IT to ensure timely progress
    • Monitor project milestones, maintain documentation, and report updates to leadership
    • Conduct vendor coordination, site walkthroughs, and track project deliverables
    • Support hiring and onboarding of initial team members and coordinate training sessions
  • Centre Operations (Post-launch):
    • Manage day-to-day centre operations with a strong focus on delivering a seamless and premium patient experience
    • Oversee manpower planning, including staff scheduling, leave tracking, and roster planning
    • Monitor staffing levels to ensure appropriate coverage and escalate when support is required
    • Facilitate team coordination, communication, and performance tracking
    • Conduct regular operations reviews and recommend improvements in workflow and service quality
    • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders for maintenance, procurement, IT support, and other admin functions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business / Management Studies or any other discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred but we will also consider candidates with no prior experience
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and independent
