Healthcare Administrator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our organization as a Healthcare Administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with Business Office staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of patient payment activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing clinic handover reports to verify statements, cancellation receipts, and discrepancies
  • Resolving discrepancies promptly and ensuring all discrepancy memos are properly authorized and approved by relevant department managers
  • Ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments received to patient accounts, including Medisave, Medishield, and PMI payments
  • Processing payments and refunds accurately and ensuring financial postings are reconciled

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum Higher Nitec and above
  • Basic understanding of patient payment processes, including Medisave, Medishield
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
