Construction Manager Drafter

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager Drafter to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of 2D/3D concept, schematic, detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit/BIM.

  • Develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate designs.
  • Prepare and maintain drawing logs and relevant documents.
  • Liaise with clients and consultants to capture approved design changes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project from start to finish.
  • Generate proper and professional paper works related to running projects.
  • Ensure that construction activities progress according to site schedule and design intention.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
