Process Improvement Engineer Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Engineer to enhance our operation capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing process indices and implementing sustainable controls to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key performance metrics on qualified processes and implement robust controls to sustain optimal performance.
  • Evaluate quality indices to ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Drive process enhancements through the application of quality tools and methodologies.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot out-of-control conditions and determine disposition in out-of-spec situations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop new recipes and establish procedural specifications.
  • Oversee all statuses and follow-up actions related to SPSR, MRB, and TECN.
  • Partner with equipment engineers to maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new equipment processes, including characterization and development.
  • Perform shift duties as required.
  • Lead training sessions for AEs/Technicians to upgrade their technical skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
A bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics Engineering, Chemical, Physics, or Material Science is preferred. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 8+ years of relevant experience and possess excellent collaboration skills.
