AV Technician Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AV Technician to join our team. As a professional in audio visual and video conferencing systems, your primary role will be to ensure the smooth operation of our events.

This includes setting up and servicing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing routine checks on our AV and VC systems.

You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors to repair systems when necessary, as well as attending to requests and queries related to our equipment.

In addition, you will provide technical advice and support for audio visual requirements, and respond promptly to complaints or faults reported during routine servicing and maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you must possess at least a Nitec/Higher Nitec qualification or Diploma in Electrical/Communication or Electronics Engineering field.

A minimum of 4 years of working experience in the related field is also required.

Good communication and written skills are essential, as well as good exposure in large-scale events, hotel or exhibition experience.

You should also be a team player with strong technical support skills.
