This position requires a strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and system architecture, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. As an IT Business Solution Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions and collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure smooth execution from planning to deployment.
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborating with IT team leaders to translate business needs into actionable solutions and working with external vendors.
- Conducting gap analysis and proposing recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Developing and maintaining process documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users.
- Acting as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment of business objectives with IT solutions.
- Assisting in system upgrades and integrations by assessing user needs and system capabilities.
- Providing helpdesk support and troubleshooting IT-related issues for end-users to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Monitoring and responding to IT service requests to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational background: Minimum diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of working experience in IT and project management.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, system architecture, and IT-related terminologies.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication and problem-solving skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to deliver solutions effectively.
