About this role

As a seasoned professional in the field of Generative AI and data platforms, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our go-to-market strategies and deal shaping for key sectors. Your expertise will be crucial in driving enterprise adoption strategies and designing innovative Gen AI products and use cases.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Gen AI and Data Platform offerings
  • Leading deal shaping efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and create compelling value propositions for clients
  • Designing and implementing Gen AI products and use cases tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
  • Formulating enterprise adoption strategies and roadmaps for Gen AI initiatives, guiding clients through their transformation journeys

You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic insights. Additionally, you will mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Skill requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science)
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or related fields, with a focus on Generative AI and data platforms
  • Proven track record in go-to-market strategy development and deal shaping in a consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of Gen AI product design, use case development, and enterprise adoption strategies
  • Experience working with clients in the Retail, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Energy/Utilities sectors is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
