
Dedicated Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our insurance products.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting proactive outbound telesales activities, acquiring new and renewal customers for our general insurance products. You will also be responsible for value-added sales efforts, responding to customer queries professionally, and facilitating resolution of problems while anticipating customers' needs.
To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and provide exceptional customer service. You must also have a strong understanding of our insurance products and services, as well as the relevant certifications and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience
- Familiarity with general insurance personal lines products
- General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, CommGI) or willingness to obtain within 2 months
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Pleasant telephone voice
- Ability to work in a computerized environment
- Interpersonal skills at multiple levels
