Job Opportunity:

Recruitment Expert

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team as a key player in the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and evaluating candidates based on specific job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Conduct thorough reference checks and candidate background verifications.
Maintain accurate records of candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Administrative Support:
Handle documentation related to candidate onboarding, contract preparation, and MOM submissions.
Manage work passes using MOM systems (EPOL, WPOL).
Ensure all documentation complies with MOM and internal audit requirements.
Organize filing of resumes, agreements, and work pass documents efficiently.

Candidate Engagement:
Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates during the recruitment and onboarding process.
Respond promptly to queries regarding job openings, work pass status, or application progress.

Requirements:
CEI (Basic) Certification
Minimum O-Level / Diploma qualification.
At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR admin required.
Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment regulations and MOM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and online recruitment/job portals.
