Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with their medical needs and provide a high level of customer service
  • Work collaboratively with our medical team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Provide counseling and support to patients as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Availability to work on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday
