Job Title:
Technical Solution Designer

As a Technical Solution Designer, you will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of our card issuance and acquiring applications.

Description:
  • To be successful in this role, you must have in-depth technical skills in mainframe technologies such as CICS COBOL, COBOL batch, JCLs, Easytrieve, VSAM, OPC, and other mainframe utilities. You should also possess good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:


You will be responsible for requirement analysis, effort estimation, and application solution design for Cards Core Issuing and Acquiring application processes. Lead discussions with business and IT teams, prepare technical requirements and solution traceability, develop functional designs, and collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and end-users for application development and enhancement. Prepare functional solution documents and present them to stakeholders for approval. Work with technical teams to prepare or review technical interface specifications. Review detailed technical designs, code, test strategies, and test results; responsible for defect triaging. Guide testers and users in setting up card parameters for new business initiatives (new organization, product, pricing, etc.). Assist testers and users in the end-to-end reconciliation process. Support system integration, user acceptance testing, regression, and performance testing; collaborate with testers and business users to ensure coverage of critical functions. Provide post-implementation support. Identify and escalate risks to the project or processes.
