We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a role that is critical to the success of our business. The position involves managing high-volume customer and supplier master data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end requests for onboarding, maintenance and retirement of supplier and customer master data.
  • Process high volumes of supplier and customer master data requests in a timely manner within agreed service level agreements.
  • Attend to requestors' queries and provide advice to various units as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent qualifications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong controls and process improvement mindset.
  • Customer service orientation with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
