The SAP Maintenance Master Data Specialist will be responsible for identifying, creating, maintaining and enforcing business rules around key master data attributes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and excellent communication abilities.
">Key Responsibilities:- Identify and create business rules for key master data attributes.
- Review new and changed item attributes to ensure correctness and data quality.
- Perform data verification and cleansing activities in the ERP system and mass data updates.
- Support business users, resolve data-related issues and provide guidance on master data topics.
- Migrate data between systems as required.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by sharing best practices in data usage and providing insights into how teams can use data to support day-to-day decision-making.
- 5-10 years of experience with 4-5 years hands-on SAP experience.
- Relevant pharma industry experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices in data management.
